Yoga Classes

 

 

We invite you to join our morning Hatha Yoga practice ( 8 – 9:30 AM ).  It is held outdoors on the platform by the lake ( weather permitting ) or indoors in our custom Yoga Studio overlooking the water.

Julianna offers her experience of over 35 years of personal practice and teaching. Her yoga classes provide a well balanced, full range of Asanas, yogic breathing techniques, relaxation and meditation.  Yoga enthusiasts from beginner to adept will thoroughly enjoy these morning sessions.

Begin the day with Hatha Yoga.  Awaken and energize the body.  Calm and centre the mind.  Develop and deepen inner harmony and peace.
