Begin the day with Hatha Yoga.  Awaken and energize the body.  Calm and centre the mind.  Develop and deepen inner balance, harmony and peace.


We invite you to join our morning Hatha Yoga practice ( 8 – 9:30 AM ).  It is held outdoors on the platform by the lake ( weather permitting ) or indoors in our custom Yoga Studio overlooking the water.

Julianna offers a well balanced,  full range of yoga asanas, yogic breathing techniques, relaxation and meditation. The classes appeal to all levels of yoga experience.
